About the method

Most people who cannot break through a certain income ceiling are not bad with money. They are being loyal, without knowing it, to a rule someone in their family formed long ago — a fear, a ceiling, a loss. As long as that loyalty runs inside, no strategy, offer, or new price will hold. My work is finding that pattern, seeing it clearly, and releasing it — so a new level actually becomes possible to keep.

I work with systemic constellations on cards — a structured method that surfaces the family and personal scripts driving your decisions about money. The first session names the pattern that has been running you. Making a new level hold is the work of the weeks after it.

About me

My name is Kateryna Kalugina. I live in Bucharest, and before that Istanbul. For more than ten years I worked with image — with how women present themselves to the world, how they are read, and how that reading is connected to what happens inside. Moving countries and that work taught me one thing: inner scripts surface exactly when the context shifts — when a woman starts over in a new country, a new role, a new income level. I work online with women worldwide, in English, Ukrainian and Russian.

From practice

Kyiv → Berlin

A coach relocated abroad with her two kids and hit a wall: no new clients, dwindling confidence, and a cycle of constantly discounting her fees. Through systemic work we uncovered an underlying family pattern — a maternal legacy of overworking and giving away her own value. Her subconscious was running a script that hard work and big money lead only to burnout, creating a hidden barrier to holding financial value. We unlinked her drive from this old loyalty. Two months after releasing the pattern, she filled her entire group coaching program with high-value clients who enrolled gladly at her full price.

Istanbul → Lisbon

A founder. Each time she approached a new income level, something broke — an order fell through, equipment failed, an urgent expense appeared. In the constellation her grandmother surfaced — the one who lost everything after the war. The rule «do not have too much, it is not safe» was still running. Once seen and released, the pattern loosened.

How the work goes

One conversation can show you the pattern. Making a new level hold is a different job, and it happens in the weeks between sessions.

The cards are a projective method: you think you are describing them, and what you are describing is the relationship you actually have with money. A child is sent out for bread, loses the coins or spends them on ice cream, and hears «I cannot trust you with money». Thirty years later she is not a child, and she still cannot bring herself to take money from people, because that sentence is still running underneath, unrecognised. On the cards it stops being vague. It plays out in front of you, as clear as a scene on a screen.

STEP 1

Diagnostic

You describe where the ceiling shows up — pricing, invoicing, a launch that will not land. I listen for the pattern underneath.

STEP 2

The family layer

Constellations on cards. A deck of 74 cards — you pick from three to six. The number of cards depends on your query and the specific process we run. As you describe them, the family pattern behind the money block becomes visible.

STEP 3

Release

We rearrange the system and give the loyalty back to whom it belongs — so it stops running your decisions about money.

You leave with one concrete plan to make in the next 48 hours.
